National Parks Order. A judge ordered the restoration of National Parks displays that were removed under a Trump executive order. The judge blocked the order, calling it ‘censorship’. This ruling mandates the return of the displays, reversing previous changes.
US Military Action. Trump stated that the US military killed a Venezuelan gang leader. He specified that the alleged leader of the Tren de Aragua gang was killed in a U.S. strike in Venezuela. Trump also said the action was in coordination with Venezuela.
Kennedy Center Name. An appeals panel denied a last-ditch effort to keep Trump’s name on the Kennedy Center. Workers have begun removing Trump's name from the Kennedy Center. The appeals court rejected a delay, meaning the name must be removed by Friday night.
DOJ Merger Approval. The Justice Department approved the Paramount-WBD merger, paving the way for Paramount Skydance to acquire Warner Bros. Discovery. This decision allows the significant acquisition to proceed. The DOJ also approved Paramount's bid to acquire Warner Bros.
